Yes this is it our authentic set Ayam Penyet. First of all we boiled the chicken to absorb all the spices that make chicken complete with flavour. Then we cook the chicken until it change to yellow gold color. And we serve with the steamed rice, tempeh and tauhu, ulam, our special sambal terasi or sambal hijau (you choose) and soup.
