Gurame Terbang fish known in Malaysia as "Ikan Kaloi". This fish is imported directly from Indonesia. It served with hot steamed rice, Tempeh and Tofu, and put together our special Sambal Terasi and deep fried Gurame Terbang in ample extremely hot oil until the fish turns golden and crisp. Then, it served with the hot spicy vegetable soup (Sayur Asam). And slice of cucumber as a side dish to feel the variety of tastes. And..... the more important is only at Pondok Malindo Restaurant.
