Description

Lele Penyet is a deep fried catfish dish. It is served with hot steamed rice, fried tempeh and tofu, fried shallots (Bawang Goreng) on top of rice prior to serving with our special made gravy sambal terasi (ground chili with shrimp paste sauce) or sambal hijau (green chili). Other than that, Lele Penyet is a popular in Javanese dish and can be considered as an affordable food for everyone.
