Nasi Bakar is a coconut rice and wrapped in banana leaf secured with lidi semat ( small needle made of central rib of coconut leaf ) and later grilled it. The burned banana leaf produced a unique aroma upon the rice. Then, it served with Tempeh, Tahu, Fried Chicken, Ulam and our special Sambal Terasi and Sup Sayur Asam to complete the dish.
