Nasi Uduk is specially cooked with coconut milk with spices like clove, cassia bark, lemon grass and knotted pandan leaves to add aroma to the dish. The coconut milk and spices will keep the dishes with lots of fragrance and sprinkled along with fried shallots (Bawang Goreng) on top of rice prior to serving with our special made gravy (Sambal Terasi & Sambal Kacang) and is served with assortments like Tempe Kering, Tofu, Eggs, Fried Chicken and Crunchy Crackers as side dishes to serve with.
